Soda is absolutely one of the worst food products you can consume.
In addition to contributing to obesity by messing around with your hormones as well as adding empty calories, it also contributes to osteoporosis, diabetes, fatty liver disease, cancer and heart disease. Then there’s the neuro excitation effect of the sweeteners and artificial sweeteners as well as caffeine… ADHD, lack of concentration and focus.
